This charming inn is much more intimate and personal than a hotel. Converted in 2004 from a grand old home, it features a beautiful tropical courtyard with swimming pool, lounge chairs, barbecue and dining area. Located in the heart of the Mazatlan's historic Old Town district and within walking distance of just about everything including the beach, cathedral, museums, post office, banks and the central market. The Inn is 100 yards from the Plaza Machado, Mazatlan's cultural center and home to the beautifully restored 1860s Angela Peralta Theater and many quaint sidewalk cafes and restaurants.

Your host, Tony, will be happy to recommend beaches, shops, restaurants, activities, excursions, tours and nightlife to help you get the most out of your visit. The Loro de Oro invites you to discover our warmth and hospitality, like no other in Mazatlan.

 

Good Eats

The Loro de Oro Inn proudly announces the opening of our restaurant, Te Amo Lucy's. The restaurant is located on the Inn's property but separate from the guest facilities therefore insuring your continuing privacy. Our menu consists of rib sticking, healthy comfort foods and will surely please every palate. Our private dining room seats 40 guests and is the perfect place for that private function.

The Loro de Oro Hotel is located just ½ block from the Plaza Machado, at the center of culture and nightlife in Mazatlan. You can get almost anywhere in a short, comfortable stroll.
