Loro de Oro Inn Policies

  • All rates include maid and linen laundry services. Rooms are serviced every 3 days for nightly and weekly guests and once weekly for monthly guests.
  • SPECIAL WEEKLY RATE does not apply to monthly guests. Discounts may not be combined.
  • Laundry services for personal items is available at a small independently owned lavanderia (laundry) close to the Inn that offers same day full service.
  • A fully refundable security deposit may be asked of all guests.
  • For rentals of less than 3 nights please add 30% to nightly rate.

  • All room rates are based on double occupancy. Some rooms will accommodate up to 4 people. There is a $15 per night per guest laundry and linen charge for more than two guests in a room.
  • A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking is required for a confirmed reservation. Please see deposit instructions below.
  • PayPal users will be charged a transaction fee. This fee varies based on the amount being deposited and is the actual amount PayPal charges us. A copy of the actual charge will be provided when we receive your reservation. PayPal charges usually average about 4% and are similar in amount to a credit card fee charge.
  • The balance of your reservation is due upon check-in. Please read the payment policy below.
  • The Loro de Oro Inn is a smoke free property. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. We will be happy to provide ash trays.
  • Although we love children and pets, for the enjoyment of our other guests, we cannot accommodate them at the Inn.

All rates are subject to change until a reservation deposit is received.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $50 service charge per room, provided that you give more than 30 days notice. Within 30 days, we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent the room for the same rate. A $50 service charge per room will apply. If we are unable to re-rent the room, you will lose your deposit and be charged for the entire stay. Early departures and no-shows are regarded as cancellations. Please note that our Reservation and Cancellation Policies are a vital part of managing a small inn.

A Note to Our Canadian Guests

Our US bank will not accept Canadian personal checks with "pay in US Dollars" hand written on the face of the check. In order to avoid delays please remit payment in the form of a money order, bank draft or cashier's check if you do not have an account in US dollars.

On Arrival at the Inn:The balance of your reservation total plus a $150.00 refundable security deposit per unit is due at check in. No Traveler's Cheques, personal checks or credit cards are accepted at the Inn. We accept only cash.

Please have the necessary funds in US Dollars with you upon arrival. If you choose to pay in Pesos at check in please note that the Inn's exchange rate is the posted exchange rate here: http://tinyurl.com/PesoExchange

A one point fee will be added for converting Pesos to Dollars at our bank.
